On this page we have set out guidance for new players (and parents) on
registering with our Club and guidance for existing members to update their details.

New Players

We strongly recommend that registering and updating details on Pitchero is done using a PC or laptop and NOT a mobile device as some of the mandatory information required to be completed may not be visible – this will delay registration.

IT IS IMPORTANT FOR JUNIOR MEMBERS THAT ALL PARENTS APPLY FOR "PARENT ROLE" WHEN THEY FIRST REGISTER WITH THE CLUB AND THEN ADD DETAILS OF THEIR CHILD(REN).

Visit the Club's kit supplier website: Hawkin Sports to check playing shirt size as this information is required for registration. All new members will be allocated a shirt number from the Club's central list. If you wish to buy a shirt, please email our kit manager for a number stating your child's age group. It is not necessary to buy a shirt unless your child is playing matches in the U14 age group, although some younger juniors may still want to own a shirt. We have also prepared some guidance using screen-shots from our website. Please go to the Documents Section of our website and select juniors where our help pages can be found.

Annual membership payments – new and existing players.

Once your membership has been approved, one of the Club/Team administrators will assign the relevant annual membership payment product to your account and you will get an email to make the relevant payment (guidance on making payments is provided).

The same process is in place for existing members. The annual junior
membership fees are displayed on our website. (The fees do NOT include a
playing shirt - please order directly from Hawkin Sport). This membership fee is applicable to all age groups up to U18s (i.e. up to those in school year 13).

Existing players and parents

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL PARENTS ARE FIRST REGISTERED WITH THE CLUB AND THEN DETAILS OF YOUR CHILD(REN) ARE REGISTERED. Any parents who are not yet registered with the Club, please follow the steps noted above for new players / parents and then also follow the guidance on managing roles:

In Pitchero there are two areas where your information is managed, your Pitchero details and your Club details. Don’t forget to use a PC or laptop and NOT a mobile device, when updating your details.

For existing members, it is important that all parent and junior player details are up to date, from email preferences, contact details, including emergency
contacts, to date of birth, school year, allergies, etc.
