The first two Brighton & Hove Hockey Club social events of the season - Quiz Night and the Christmas Jumpers and Vice Presidents evening - are coming up in the next couple of weeks.

First up is the popular Quiz Night on Saturday November 30 at the Nevill clubhouse.

Starting at 7pm, resident quizmaster Graham Edwards will lead the club through a number of fun and challenging rounds. With a maximum of six people per quiz team, you can either get a group together before the night, or come along and join a table on arrival. £2 per person.

So log the date and get ready to engage your brain!

The following week the club's annual Christmas Jumpers and Vice-Presidents evening will be held at the Nevill Pavilion on Saturday December 7 from 7pm onwards.

Get in the festive mood, don your best Christmas jumper, celebrate the end of the first-half of the league season and embrace the goodwill spirit with your teammates and fellow club members. There are prizes for the best three jumpers.

Christmas music as standard of course. Meet the club's vice presidents, who will be judging the best festive attire on the night and be there at 7.30pm for a special presentation to long serving former chairperson Graham Edwards.
