Raw Skills Hockey Academy is staging a three-day hockey camp for children aged 8 to 14 at Lewes Hockey Club this week from Wednesday August 17 to Friday August 19.

The camp aims to provide high-quality coaching and lots of fun for beginners and for those of more advanced abilities, who will benefit from the coaching. Timings on the day are from 9am to 3pm and any Brighton & Hove Hockey Club parents with children can join in.

Great Britain hockey player Lizzie Neal will be there on Wednesday while other coaches such as Sam George, England Under17/18 and former premier league player, Alex Thomson and Tom Tyers, current premier league players will also be there.

The camp also promises fresh ideas, new challenges, new fun prizes, to test all the latest Y1 range and new coaches.

Raw Skills Academy is now operating with an online booking system. "This will hopefully allow an easier way to get hooked onto the course without having to scan in documents! There are only so many tickets available for each day so do not leave it to the last minute to avoid disappointment," they say. The link to follow is
