Our plan is to recommence our weekday evening training from Tuesday 30 March 2021 and Sunday morning training (for U9s and below) after Easter on 11 April 2021.

The weekday evening schedule for all age groups will be the same as before we went into the current lockdown. All junior goalkeepers to attend the first session on 30 March and then thereafter it will be Red group followed by Blue group in the consecutive Tuesday evenings.

Our expectation is to continue with the training until Wednesday 30 June 2021 (Sunday 27 June for U9s).

There will be no additional fees charged to existing members who have already paid for the 2020/21 season. Any new joiners will be charged £15 for each month we continue with the training (the process for new registration and payments will be advised in due course).

The above restart plans are subject to further guidance from England Hockey as well as ensuring we address any specific Blatchington Mill School requirements. As the guidelines/requirements become available in the coming weeks we will let everyone know and post details onto the Club’s website. As before, participation in the Club’s training will not be allowed if relevant guidance is not followed by any player or relevant registration and payments (for new joiners) have not been completed.

In anticipation of getting back onto the pitch later this month, all players should be pushing themselves a little further in their regular exercise programmes!
